In 2025 the Great Lakes Woodworking Festival will be back! We need your help, as we are planning to make it the BIGGEST and BEST ever. There will be live bands, food and drink, free events for the kids, professional demonstrations by nationally renowned experts, workshops, vendors and so much more. We will be putting on our largest event ever, and you won’t want to miss your chance to be part of it.

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources has officially sponsored this festival in the past. As you know, the festival is a valuable annual addition to our community , and provides tourism revenue for our local economy. We are expecting thousands of people to attend from all over the nation. We would love to include you as a partner in this community oriented event. Because we are increasing the size of the festival, we need your help funding the additional costs such as equipment rental, security, partking, logistics, etc. Basically, all of the considerations associated with hosting a high-quality, world class event.

We anticipate over 4000 people attending this event. All donors and sponsors will be prominitely recognized by the SBWI at the festival. The larger the level of support, the more exposure the SBWI will arrange for you or your company at the event. Examples include listing your business on this website, recognizing your company at our event, and including your brand or logo on marketing materials. Your products can be showcased with vendor space for your company, including your product in demonstrations or workshops, or other ways. Product and tool demonstrations are a fan-favorite.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

  • $5,000 - Headliner Sponsor: Sponsor will be mentioned on the PA and have their name prominently displayed on all GLWF promotional material. Sponsor allotted flexible space to set up advertising materials and interact with the guests.

  • $2,500 - Kid’s Corner Sponsor: Sponsor will be mentioned on the PA and have their name prominently displaced near the Kids’ Corner tent. Sponsor allotted flexible space next to the sponsored tent space to set up advertising materials and interact with guests.

  • $1,250 - SBWI Tent Sponsor: Sponsor name displayed near the SBWI Informational Tent. Sponsor allotted 10 x 10 space next to sponsored tent space to set up advertising materials and interact with guests.

  • $1,000 - 10x10 Vendor Space Sponsors allotted 10x10 space to set up advertising materials and interact with the guests.

  • $500 - Festival Sponsorship: Brand placement on SBWI and festival websites and social media platforms

  • Other donations also welcome!

For sponsors with tent space: We do not provide tents or tables, but both can be rented locally from T&L Rental: (517) 263-7805.
