artist VENDOR Registration - 2025 DATES TBD

The Great Lakes Woodworking Festival is always looking to collaborate with woodworkers and artisans from across our region. If you are a woodworker or artist who would like to have a vendor space at the festival, please fill out the form below. There is no charge for woodworkers to have a vendor space at the festival and we do not charge a commission on sales.

Vendors can make traditional woodworking pieces like furniture and signs, or artists who use wood as an art form like painters and wood-carved printmaking. There are so many things that wood can do!

We do ask that you help support the festival by performing a demonstration during the festival. Demonstrations can be about any woodworking skill or topic (examples = saw sharpening, cutting dovetails, turning pens, wood-burning, spoon carving, wood carving, hand planing, carving prints, weaving, painting… anything really!) and are a great way to draw a crowd to your area. Demonstrations can be for a short timeframe, or you can work on something on and off throughout the festival as time allows.

Please complete the form below then email one image of yourself and a few images of your woodworking to sambeaufordwoodshop@gmail.com.

Vendors must remain open through the duration of the festival. Vendor spaces are outdoor and approximately 10‘ x 10’. We do not provide tents or tables, but both can be rented locally from T&L Rental: (517) 263-7805. If you would like to stay locally overnight, please contact The Hampton Inn, where you can stay for $100 a night using corporate code 0003335035, or Heart Wood Place Bed & Breakfast, located 3 miles from the SBWI.
